Your Rights To Complain Directly

You confirm that you are aware that you do not need to use a claims management company to make a complaint against your lender and that you can raise a complaint yourself for free. If your complaint is not successful, you can refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service yourself for free.

You also have the right to shop around before choosing to instruct a claims management company.
